The attractions of becoming a participant in the Bauhaus in this year are obvious. Not only  I would be part of a famous educational institution, but also I am interested in studying cultural theory, and developing a deeper theoretical awareness of the logic of advertising – especially branding. That is just the particular program that is being offered this year.

Educated as an architect in India and trained in the middle east, I always wanted to explore and address the larger urban issues to be able to have a better understanding of architecture and urban fabrics.
What better place than Bauhaus to realise my dream. An epitome of modernism, centre of a great movement.
I look forward to learn the multi-faceted aspects of urbanism and the interdisciplinary nature and composition of the programme gives me a perfect platform for the same.
So, when I go back from Bauhaus, I am sure to have learnt heavily from the school and also my batchmates, coming from different fields and background.

After about five years of practice as an architect; I felt the need to expand my horizons and learn something new.
Bauhaus Kolleg has been probably the best thing that happened to me during that phase.
The interesting aspect of being introduced to an urban understanding of space is very intriguing.
I am here to meet people from various backgrounds, cultures and countries and learn about the world.
I want to take back to my country all these stories and look forward to a wider spectrum of design.
